Sophie has extensive experience working with clients facing a range of difficulties, including anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), eating disorders, body image concerns, mood disorders, self-esteem, and perfectionism. Sophie draws on a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Enhanced (CBT-E), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Mindfulness-based practices. Advanced Training and Research in Eating Disorder Prevention
Sophie completed her Master of Clinical Psychology at the University of Technology Sydney, and is currently pursuing her PhD with a research focus on eating disorder prevention. She is committed to staying at the forefront of her field, integrating the latest research and evidence into her clinical practice.
