Rebekah is a dedicated Clinical Psychologist and Credentialed Eating Disorders Clinician with a strong passion for the assessment and treatment of families, adolescents, and young adults facing a broad range of challenges. With a special focus on eating disorders and comorbid mental health conditions, Rebekah is highly skilled in evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, Parenting approaches, and Family-Based Therapy (FBT).

Eating Disorders and Mental Health for Young People

Rebekah has extensive experience working with young people across various settings, including early intervention centers, private practice, inpatient hospital units, and community settings. She has worked closely with children, adolescents, and young adults struggling with a wide range of difficulties, such as eating disorders, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, autism spectrum disorders, and learning difficulties.

Her approach is centered around providing a safe, collaborative space where young individuals and their families can openly share their experiences and develop essential skills for managing their mental health. Rebekah tailors her treatment plans to the unique needs of each client, ensuring that her therapeutic approach is the best fit for their individual journey.

Comprehensive Psychometric Assessments

In addition to her therapeutic work, Rebekah is also skilled in conducting a wide range of psychometric assessments to address intellectual, academic, emotional, and social difficulties. These include cognitive assessments, academic assessments, and diagnostic assessments for Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Specific Learning Disorders.
