Julia Bradshaw

Clinical Psychologist

Julia is a friendly, compassionate and warm psychologist. She currently holds memberships with the Australian Psychological Society and the Australian Clinical Psychology Association. Julia’s approach is collaborative and non-judgemental. She has a relaxed approach to therapy and likes to focus on her client’s strengths and use these to overcome challenges. She believes in empowering clients so that they can work towards their values and goals.

Julia has worked in both public and private health care settings. She has experience with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, self-harm, Tourette’s syndrome, trauma, stress and bullying. She also has a special interest in working with eating disorders, self-esteem, body image. Julia has worked with adults, children and adolescents and can deliver therapy to families as well as one-on-one.

Julia is experienced in a number of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy.
