Isabella is an empathetic and friendly psychologist who is passionate about working collaboratively with others to promote wellbeing. Isabella’s approach is values-oriented and strengths-based. She recognises the importance of a supportive therapeutic relationship and strives to create a safe space for those seeking support.
Isabella has worked in a variety of public and private health settings. She has experience working across the lifespan with people facing a range of challenges including depression, anxiety, learning difficulties, work and academic stress, low self-esteem, and parenting challenges. She has a strong interest in working with children, teenagers, and their families, to support meaningful change through strengthening relationships.
She draws on a range of therapeutic techniques to meet the individual needs of each person or family she works with. These include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), self-compassion, mindfulness, parenting, and attachment-based principles.
Isabella completed her Masters in Clinical Psychology at the University of Sydney. She holds memberships with the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and the Australian Clinical Psychology Association (ACPA).
Isabella is available Tuesday, Wednesday, and every second Friday.
