Hannah Babinski
Clinical Psychology Registrar
Hannah offers a warm and supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours with confidence and trust. She has a passion for guiding individuals on their journey towards healing and self-improvement. Drawing upon evidence-based therapies, Hannah tailors her treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each individual, empowering them to heal and rebuild their lives. She has experience in both government and private mental health settings.
Hannah has worked with adults, older adults, and older adolescents. Hannah has experience with a range of presentations such as anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, chronic stress/burnout, interpersonal issues, anger, personality disorders, self-harm, trauma/PTSD, and substance use disorders. Hannah has particular interest in helping clients navigate through the complexities oftrauma, personality disorders, and eating disorders.
Hannah employs various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT, CBT-E and TF-CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), to best meet the needs of her clients.
Hannah completed her Bachelor of Science (Double Major in Psychology) at the University of
Western Australia, and Honours in Psychology at Murdoch University. Hannah holds both a Master of Clinical Psychology- Advanced Entry from the University of Southern Queensland and a Master of Professional Psychology from Western Sydney University. She holds a membership with the Australian Psychological Society (APS).
