Grace is an experienced psychologist who brings warmth, empathy and authenticity to her work. She is committed to helping clients develop meaningful skills and resources to support their wellbeing and navigate daily life with greater confidence. Grace prioritises a strong therapeutic relationship and works to create an open, supportive environment where clients feel comfortable, safe and heard.

Grace has extensive experience working in private practice with children, adolescents, adults and families. She has worked with clients presenting with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, friendship and social challenges, academic or workplace stress, interpersonal issues, ADHD and Autism.

Alongside her therapeutic work, Grace is skilled in conducting psychometric assessments, including cognitive and academic assessments, as well as diagnostic assessments for attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) for both children and adults. Grace’s assessment process prioritises clarity and insight, ensuring clients walk away with a greater understanding of how their mind works.

Grace prioritises a client-centred approach. She draws upon various evidence-based therapeutic practices, including cognitive behavioural therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness-based interventions. Grace ensures her approach is tailored to the individual needs of each client.
