Her compassionate, person-centred approach focuses on building psychological flexibility, resilience, and self-compassion, helping clients face life’s challenges with greater clarity and acceptance.

Zoe’s eclectic approach ensures that the therapy is not only evidence-based but also personalised to guide clients towards their goals.
