Isabella has extensive experience working with individuals across the lifespan, from children and teenagers to adults. She specializes in helping families, children, and teenagers strengthen their relationships, providing support for parenting challenges, learning difficulties, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and academic or work-related stress. She is dedicated to helping her clients create meaningful, lasting change by improving communication and building stronger emotional connections within the family unit.

She draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, self-compassion, and attachment-based principles. Isabella tailors her approach to suit each client’s unique situation, ensuring they receive the most effective therapy for their personal growth and mental well-being.

Professional Qualifications and Memberships

Isabella completed her Masters in Clinical Psychology at the University of Sydney and holds memberships with the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and the Australian Clinical Psychology Association (ACPA). She is committed to ongoing professional development, continuously enhancing her knowledge and skills to provide the best possible care for her clients.
