Kristie integrates a systemic approach with principles from attachment theory and parent management training to help create lasting change. When working with children, she emphasizes parent and caregiver involvement, ensuring that meaningful change is achieved within the home environment.

Kristie also specializes in supporting adults through life stage transitions, depression, anxiety, grief, and loss. She works collaboratively with each client to find solutions that are tailored to their needs and goals.
