Ursula has a broad range of clinical expertise, working with clients who present with eating disorders, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, personality disorders, stress, trauma, psychosis, substance use, adjustment disorders, somatic symptom disorders, and chronic pain. She integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Family-Based Therapy (FBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Eating Disorders (CBT-E), and Specialist Supportive Clinical Management (SSCM). Qualifications and Professional Memberships
Ursula holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and a Master of Clinical Psychology from the University of Newcastle. She is a Member of the Australia and New Zealand Academy for Eating Disorders (ANZAED) and Australian Clinical Psychology Association (ACPA). These memberships reflect her commitment to maintaining the highest professional standards and staying up to date with the latest developments in clinical psychology.
